Yes. We offer same day service for repairs and emergency calls throughout Broward and Palm Beach County. If your AC is down we will do everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What is the difference between your three maintenance plans?


Our Tier 1 Basic Comfort Plan at $199 per year includes one annual tune up and basic system maintenance. Our Tier 2 Premium Efficiency Plan at $399 per year includes two seasonal tune ups, coil cleaning, drain flush, priority scheduling, and a 10% discount on repairs. Our Tier 3 Ultimate Protection Plan at $499 per year includes everything in Premium plus no diagnostic fee, annual deep cleaning, a full system performance report, a one year warranty on repairs, one free after hours emergency visit, and a 20% discount on all repairs.

What size AC system do I need for my home?



AC sizing is based on several factors including your home's square footage, ceiling height, insulation, number of windows, and sun exposure. Installing the wrong size system — whether too big or too small — leads to poor efficiency, higher energy bills, and premature wear. We always properly size every system we install.

What counts as an AC emergency?
Any situation where your home is becoming dangerously hot, especially with elderly family members, young children, or pets in the home, should be treated as an emergency. A completely failed system, a refrigerant leak, or a system that is causing electrical issues should also be addressed immediately.

How Much is a Service Call

Our diagnostic service call is $125 in Broward County and $175 in Palm Beach County. This covers a full system diagnostic and honest assessment of your repair options. Any repair work is quoted separately before any work begins.

How often should I have my AC serviced in Florida?



In South Florida we recommend having your AC serviced at least once a year at minimum. Because our systems run virtually year round in the Florida heat and humidity, many HVAC professionals recommend twice a year — once in the spring before the peak summer heat and once in the fall. Our Premium Efficiency Plan covers both visits for $399 per year.

How do I know if my AC needs to be repaired or replaced?

Generally if your system is under 10 years old and the repair cost is less than half the cost of a new system a repair makes sense. If your system is over 12 to 15 years old, requires frequent repairs, or has a failing compressor a replacement is often the smarter long term investment. We will always give you an honest assessment and never push you toward a replacement if a repair is the right answer.

What is a mini split system and do I need one?

A mini split or ductless system is an AC unit that does not require ductwork to operate. It is ideal for room additions, garages, sunrooms, older homes without existing ducts, or any space where extending central air is not practical. They are highly energy efficient and can both cool and heat a space. Call us to find out if a mini split is the right solution for your home.

Every home and every HVAC system is different. Factors like system size, age, brand, accessibility, and the scope of work all affect the final price. Rather than give you a number over the phone that may not be accurate, we come out and give you a fair honest quote based on the actual job. No surprises, no hidden fees.

What is a maintenance plan?


A maintenance plan is an annual agreement that covers scheduled tune ups, priority service scheduling, and discounts on repairs. For South Florida homeowners it is absolutely worth it. Regular maintenance extends the life of your system, keeps energy bills lower, and helps catch small problems before they become expensive breakdowns. Our plans start at $199 per year.
